Our Texas Desert Bighorn sheep hunts offer our clients a chance at trophy rams. There are a very high number of rams available with scores in the mid 160’s to the mid 180’s. The numbers of sheep, skilled guides, excellent accommodations, and the fact that you don’t have to apply through the drawing or travel out of the country make this a fantastic desert sheep hunt. All of our Texas sheep hunts have produced record book rams.

Lion
Working with the dogs, and the thrill of the chase, make lion season something that every houndsman looks forward to. There’s no sweeter sound than that of the dogs when they’ve treed, and no prettier sight than that of a big tom crouched in a ponderosa. We cover a lot of territory during this hunt in either the pickup or six wheeler, looking for fresh tracks. Snow makes trailing easier, and if your schedule is flexible that helps a lot. This is an all time favorite and how we originally got started in the outfitting business.
