Mule Deer

You’ll see more mule deer during the archery season than at any other time and hunting the big bucks is for the strong at heart.  Archery mule deer season takes place the first part of January when the bucks are in the rut.  The archery season involves tree stands and blinds, rattling and calling, and spot and stock.  There is an additional archery deer season in September which can be coupled with our archery elk hunt.  If you’re hunting archery elk and happen to see a big mule deer buck you’ll be ready to go.
