Mule Deer
Muzzleloader Mule Deer
Harvesting a Boone & Crockett mule deer is as great if not a greater accomplishment than harvesting a Boone & Crockett elk. We watch and scout for the big bucks throughout the September and October elk season. As a result, when muzzleloader mule deer season opens our guides are anxious to put you on the bucks they’ve seen. Our muzzleloader deer hunt takes place in late October when the bucks can be either hard horned or in the velvet.

Rifle Mule Deer
New Mexico has two five day rifle mule deer seasons which take place in early to mid November. Our private ranches and limited permit areas have been producing some tremendous deer over the years. On the average we are hunting bucks in the 150 to 170 category, but hard work and luck have led us to harvest numerous mule deer in the 180 to 200 class.
